Which very few builds truly benefit from going that high.
More realistically you should shoot for 160, or whenever you have everything you need to make your build fully optimal.
You should find a ton of games at this level.
That is the pre dlc range the community agreed on.
However many people complain about the number of fights available at those levels post dlc.
150 is minimum now, 125 it will be a chore to find people.
Specifically for the coliseum, competitive, sweaty PvP meta is 125, more casual PvP meta is 150. Some people do ~139 so that they can match with both. This is unchanged with the DLC.
Any other rune level is for invasions in specific areas. I haven't been invading in the DLC, but 150-200 should be fine for DLC invasions from what I've heard. I'd probably go for 175 if you wanted to level past 150 for a dedicated DLC invasion character, since that should be able to invade RL 150 and 200 players.
Edit: Actually 175 might be a little high. I agree with the above poster that said 160. Probably want to be between 160 and 175 for DLC invasions.
In all seriousness, meta/level talking for PvP does not make sense anymore.
Yeah, you kill an ant in the DLC and receive millions of runes in prize, so it's easy to level up nonstop. Enjoy RL300 limgrave.
