I guess they already finished that build. Either that or one batch of 99 marika runes aren't enough.

There is one after killing the Omen killer dropping the Iris occultation in the Fort of Reprimand sewers and one right before the angry sunflower, those are the ones i discovered bu just exploring.

No clue about where the third one in Shadow keep is supposed to be.....The damn specimen storeroom? Hmmm will pay extra attention and try to find it without spoilers next time i get there.

This article needs some cleaning up it seems, the 2nd and 3rd bullet point are about the same rune.
