America already has those. You could just try out Spider Man 2 or Starfield. Concord even. Elden Ring doesn't really have those.

Concord.....Do you mind if i refer to it as Cocor? Has some of the most hideous characters ever designed. There literally is a trash can with arms and legs.....Anything From designed looks like art compared with it, even Godrick and Morgott....

The game is made in Bellevue, Washington. So I'm not surprised. But it does answer the question this thread is about as Americans have already done making the characters he's looking for.

Miquella appears to be patterned after a wakashu. During the Edo period (1601-1868) these were male youths aged 15-18 years old who were considered a third gender and desired by both men and women. If you approach this game with a Western Judeo Christian mindset and little knowledge of Japanese history, you will always be confused and ask the wrong questions.

Now that was a good read and im not being ironic. Still as a christian i perfectly can identify Miquella as a oversized cherub, no need to overthink it. Without turning this thread into a sermon i will post that cherubs can only be witnessed by a soul blessed enough to be "elevated" in a way the gates of heaven itself open for them. Remember now Miquella is trying to open/cross the divinity gate and ascend to godhood so thats enough christian reference for me!
