Seamless mod + The Convergence mod
Idk if its just me but when will these two mods become as they were last year ive tried using them tougher but its like they dont recognize each other in 2024

elden ring updated a few days ago, convergence has not caught up

Go to the convergence discord, the way to merge them changed a little bit
I dont remember exactly but with the release of the dlc they are both in an extremely experimental state atm so the way to use them simultaneously chamged with the dlc.
