so i found her in the shack, she went to the table, i did all the dialogue with both the smith and roderika, went to check and did not get the memento... instead i got the armor? how tf do i get the memento now

You don't need the memento if you got the hood. This part of quest resolves itself if you progressed far enough.

What Tao said. The memento you receive is purely fluff, it doesn't have a function. If you got the hood and she's functioning properly as a spirit tuner then you're good.

Oh and go back to the shack you found her in for a Golden Seed, you're supposed to get it after you tell her about what happened to her people before killing Godrick and talk to her in the Roundtable later but if not just grab it from the shack
