"Failed to save game. Save data is corrupted."
I've tried so many different solutions. Deleting my saves, turning off cloud saves, verifying the game files, even a fresh install. Not a one of them has worked.

I ended up just deleting all the game files. Verified integrity, reinstalling those files now. Reinstall through steam didn't work.

yep!

this could mean you have a SSD or filesystem problem at drive C.

check for a firmware update for the SSD, use the tool by the SSD manufacturer for problems with it, run a filesystemcheck with chkdsk C: /F/ R /X

if this does not fix the problem (or reveal a dying SSD) there are two things left: the steam client installation is faulty or the windows access rights are faulty
