FIXED (Doh!) Unable to use quick items since today's update.
Edit: there was something sitting on my keyboard.

Since updating to 1.13.2, I can no longer access quick items by pressing Y and using the D-pad. I can switch weapons with the D-pad and use the Y button fine for other things. Is it just me?

I'm playing via Steamlink box with an Xbox controller, it it makes any difference, which I doubt, since the control are otherwise working fine.
