The difference between body type A and body type B, is that body type A is not body type B, and body type B is not body type A

What I don't get why aren't there "type B" clothes and armor. My "type B" looks "Type A" from the neck down. Plate armors aren't so bad because arguably a breastplate would not have breast cups even if worn by a female. And you don't really notice the difference. But clothes and loose armors worn by type B's are completely flat. Especially bad is the soldier surcoat the one worn by Godrick soldiers, you get it early, anyone can wear it, and for a good while it is he best armor available (unless you got something better during character creation). But it looks terrible on type B characters.
The only piece that I have noticed gets it right is the chainmail that the first merchant you meet sells.
