Golden Lion Shield Secret Buff This Patch

There's a line of code now that dictates that if you are using the golden Lion Shield bash you can't get stagger broken.

What this means is that potentially the ability of this Shield to punish button presses is higher then any other.

Yes the dmg is relatively low Shield Crash does 1000, roaring bash does 280 but it's 0 commitment and 0 punishment.

It's basically a off hand blindspot level threat to keep people honest.

I think this one is a no brainer.

This patch was amazing it made dumb things like sleep shotgun worse, and made bad things like roar shield better.
