Question about East Limgrave

I am still early in the game, I haven't been to Stormveil Castle yet and I explored all of Limgrave. I got to East Limgrave and I am able to do most of the map pretty easy aside from those giant grizzly bears like the one clawing at the tree; Anyway I got through most of that and got to the red area of The East Limgrave map and I get slaughtered, am I not supposed to go to this part of East Limgrave yet?

the red area is for later on, if your done with east, head south.

Yes, that is Caelid. To be visited after the Lakes region is completed. :)

Caelid is a later area, yes.

You need to clean up south Limgrave and then you can to Stormveil.
