what's pros&cons for this both I want your opinions

I think it boils down to which alternate heavy you prefer. I think they both provide the same buff.

its about the moveset they changed yes that's why I ask you guys
if you go for more damage just use baggart's but which moveset you prefer for this two?

Boils down to the weapon its applied too, ranges and whether the default heavy is good or not. But on a bleed weapon barbaric would be better as its multihit.

Barbaric Roar alters the moveset to a multi-hit charged R2, which benefits from the multi-hit damage buffs, which can massively increase damage as they all stack, you can basically stack 4 talisman buffs on every R2.

War Cry is simpler, less damage, BUT you get a moving attack, meaning you can catch up to faster targets. Well, less damage might be a bit exaggerated, you simply can't stack as much, but it's still strong.

I'd say BR for PvE, WC for PvP.
