Not blind: bleed, sorceries, spam of some ashes of war
Spirit ash user: spirit ashes.
Zelous, before you go past the 2hr refund mark, I would seriously consider rethinking your system's ability to actually play Elden Ring with any satisfying performance.
That is, if your system specs are still as listed in your profile.
Not trying to bring you down, but you may not be happy with the way the game runs on that system. ;(
For your starting gift the two best choices are either Golden Seed (lets you upgrade your healing flask with an extra charge) or Fanged Imp Ashes (reusable helper spirit for boss fights), if you go with Confessor or Samurai the imps probably provide the best value (Confessor starts with more healing already and don't have a need for that extra flask charge, Samurai has a bleed weapon and the imps do too so they synergize really well) and for anyone else you're probably best off with the seed.
Build-wise I'd say focusing on Strength is gonna be the easiest, since it lets you use big weapons (stopping power is always nice, an enemy that's sent flying is an enemy that's not trying to kill you) but more importantly big SHIELDS. You don't need to worry about dodge timings when you're hiding behind a greatshield, again getting a greatshield is gonna be more of a long-term goal (they need a LOT of strength and the first one you can find without farming enemies is a couple hours into the game) but I can promise you you'll notice the difference when you finally can equip one.
Spec towards intelligence/faith for magic and it's a push X to win kind of game, assuming you know how to dodge roll.
