The ability to deny people the most natural form of healing in PvP for a time is nuts. Of course, there's workarounds (I hate heal from afar so much oml) but for the most part people aren't prepared for it. It's also kinda funny watching hosts and phantoms panic when they're low HP, procced rot and can't heal. Although I'm almost certain it wont be nearly as funny when someone does it to me...
