2. Yes, dex speeds up casting. It's better for spamming spells than a single cast though.
3. They exist so you can use weapons/spells you don't have the stats for yet.
2) Yes dex does speed up casting time for all spells, i believe it caps out at 70 dex, but you can get better casting speed from talismans too if you dont want to bother with leveling it.
3) Those talismans are mostly useful at the start of the game if you want to use a specific weapon early, or for low lvl challenge runs. They also stack with the crystal tears and godricks greatrune so even late game you can get some use out of them with the right build setup.
ok i acknowledged ur 3 ans as for 2 if u r right then name the effected incantation....
for 1 that not related to the question asked...
You'll mostly notice the cast time diff on very slow spells, for fast and even medium speed its barely noticable. I don't know how far you are in the game but Faith has access to a lot more than just holy dmg - fire, lightning and physical dmg incantations scale with Faith, and all the dragon spells also benefit from leveling it.
3. probalby because eventualy stat increase talisman become useless.
2 - Yes it does, but it's not day and night difference like you may be thinking. It's enough to escape being spell canceled against faster enemies. Pay attention and you'll see there is a difference.
3 - They mostly serve to allow the use of certain weapons without going out of your way leveling that stat. They have their own niche use that most people would only find useful at early game. Their purpose isn't to increase damage or make you stronger, just to unlock a certain weapon/spell earlier or outside your intended build for just a short while.
Bro i have beaten the game with all builds str, dex, magic, incantation, dragon's incantation whis arcane n have used all weapon except dlc... These questions are just for fun n checking is there anything that i current don't no....or may what other people's knows.. Incantation does get effected by dex but only those that can not be changed... N these only few of them maybe 4-5..
For 1 to be clear im not it is difficult to play with incantation what i m saying is it's is difficult to make faith build... Compere to others n what is the reason behind it.
Read the above reply as. Well for 2
As for 3 u nailed the answer i don't think there can be more accurate answer for it.
Ok then what do you mean it's difficult to make a incant build? Just level faith and get some incants. Why is that harder for you than leveling int and getting sorceries?
1. The opposite is true for me, as far as hybrid builds go. Sorceries are very offense-oriented, so Int builds are strongest when the casting is the focus. Incantations are more support-focused, so they work very well for hybrid builds. They also have a lot more versatility in damage types. And just by personal preference, I would much rather have access to healing spells and buffs than a thousand variations on Magic Missile.
2. It does, but by a very infinitesimal amount. It's worth having, but it's not as big a deal as a lot of people think.
3. For three reasons: To let players test out weapons that they're just a little under the requirements for. To do the Goldmask questline. And to let people on RL1 runs use a wider range of weaponry than would otherwise be available.
Personally I've never had much luck doing hybrid-sorcery. It always just ends up becoming a full casting build, or a full melee build that scales on INT. On the other hand, incantations are almost perfectly designed to be in a hybrid build. Resistance spells, healing spells, buffs, sneak spells. All things that are helpful to have just in general regardless of the build. Then there are the dragon breath spells, so access to elements and bleed/rot regardless of the build.
Let's see we need at 50 faith to use all incantation and if i have that much faith my level will be too high for limgrave of lurina even for leyndell of atlas plaute my character will be like 150+ but either we need to explore 50%+ map area n a lot of time..
What the point of making faith build i clear that amount of map with physical damage weapons..... Remaining Bose be 4 to 5.. Ruffely
Why don't try n see ur self
Oke here the answer incantation are simply to much op to get easily n that why we need to be higher lvl to make faith build here if u thorw 40 vigor 40 mind 40 end 20str 40dex n over 50+ faith n now we are actually boss monsters for all bosses
