where do i go after beating godrick

its been 60 hours and i still havent found the 3rd boss

It's pretty open ended. You can head east to caelid or north to liurnia and the Raya Lucaria dungeon. Both have shardbearers.

most players will go to the Raya Lucaria Academy after Stormveil for their third major boss

ive been to raya lucaria and i've found nothing. i've also been told that area is completely optional

there's a shardbearer there, after the wolf boss. it is optional though but you unlock something really helpful from beating the major boss there

My first play through I ran around and killed a bunch things. Then go around and talk to all the NPC's I was aware of to see if anything changed. I eventually beat the game. It will make more sense on second play through. Or just go on the University of YouTube.

Well it's optional because you have 3 options(or 4 tbh xD). However one of these options is mandatory and Raya Lucaria is the easiest path.

Literally every area in the early game is optional, including godrick lol

2 shardbearer kills are required. Doesn't matter which one.

You can go straight to end game if you accidentally ALT F4 while fast traveling to certain locations.

may need to try looking in other areas. if you explore enough then youll eventually come across your next boss. if you want you can just go straight to the next areas and only kill the mandatory bosses but I wouldnt recommend it for your first playthrough since doing so seems like something a speedrunner would do imo (ive killed optional remembrance bosses just because theyre fun and give a lot of runes even after first playthrough)

I killed all of the remembrance bosses on my first playthrough to get their remembrance rewards and to get a feel for every boss. you may need to look up where to go for all of them, but I must warn you that doing so will probably spoil the names and possibly what the boss looks like since it seems your going in completely blind. after first playthrough I went to ng+. I skip some of them now since theyre tedious to get to and dont offer me much now that ive gotten their weapons from the remembrance and stuff. its your choice though.

I'm gonna take a stab at where I'm guessing you missed the path to the Raya Lucaria shardbearer, since it's pretty easy to ignore accidentally. From the Debate Parlor Site of Grace, where you fought the Red Wolf (presumably), keep going forward and out the door and then continue straight past the fountain. Off to your right is a crumbling cliffside and the remains of a bridge. You actually need to jump over the side of the cliff onto one of the bridge supports and continue up the bridge from there. After that there's a pretty straight shot past a miniboss, an elevator, and then you're there. That bridge strut jump can be easy to miss though. And if that's not the place you're stuck, sorry, this was just an informed guess on my part.

You have to go up the big stairs attached to the fountain area by dropping on the support beams. I missed the path too, initially, it doesn't look like the main path but it is.

the mini boss in front of rennala can be annoying. run to the lift and watch him suicide beneath you

Im a newer player and I also found after godrick/rennalla a bit of a deadzone. Its not that theres nothing to do, its that theres so much to do your left wondering where to go without missing things. I would highly recommend talking to all NPCs youve met, especially the hold, and look into their quests.
