If you got a lightning weapon, use it. With how the whole place is in water, he's real weak to it in addition to being naturally weak to it as well.

Oh boy wait until Mesmer and Radahn, final boss have literally an instant teleportation multihit move and all his melee attacks have AoE follow-ups within the combo, miss your first dodge (or one of your early dodges) and get comboed to death with 60 VIG and 80% damage negation.

ive been hearing about the this Ra.... doppelganger is he really that bad?I've been getting Manus vibes froms some bosses in the DLC when it came to one combo moves that insta-kill you

EF is overstating. The final boss is very tough, sure, but he's extremely beatable. I'm certainly not the best player around, but I've beaten him on multiple NG+ iterations with a couple of different builds that aren't shield-poke (the meta approach).

Did you skip the very first Ulcerated tree spirit in starting area catacombs ? That's literally the very first "stupid design massive boss tiny room" that thing clips through walls and you can't see anything because your camera is between him and a wall

It is beatable but the hard part is nit boss dmg or boss being relentless the hard part is that you have to play partially blind for 70% of the fight
