(re)summon steed glitch

i currently have a bug when every time i try to call in my steed, it prompts me with the screen you get when you want to revive your steed (resummon steed and consume 1 blah blah) even after respawning and it doesn't consume heals either so it seems purely like a ui bug.

this only started happening after the new patch so i assume its a new bug introduced with the patch, but please lmk if you have this same issue and/or know how to resolve it.

Try verifying game files in steam. And maybe restarting

This is apparently an issue with the flawless widescreen mod.

i do use flawless widescreen but i tried to do it without fw and the problem still persists.

Also have this issue since latest patch. I use flawless widescreen as well. Is adding widecreen support natively really such a big task for them?
