The increased damage taken is so tiny that it's not exactly noticeable, it's still an absolute monster when trading with anything that doesn't outdo its hyperarmor.

Not sure about it being OP though, the ash is quite easy to parry with how telegraphed it is, though it is pretty good with how much faster it is now.

Get more longer and faster weapon to deal with it I guess, But for now just enjoy it before it gets nerf if it too op.
