Track better. Less DPS loss. So... it doesn't.
I don't think you quite know what decent means if you call that ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ of a broken spell "decent"
I tested them with my pvp mage build, they still can do 70% of your max HP damage and destroy you, decreasing bleeding effect build up against shield is nothing as a nerf
They are still deadly AF, spam untill enemy dies still works
that is not ok
