Dragon riding
Is there any way to ride a dragon in this game... or any other for that matter?

Nope, if you want to get a ride/fight giant monster fix. Might I recommend, Monster Hunter.

In this game I wouldn't call it riding. only game I know is Century: age of ashes.

Not in this game. Try Monster Hunter, if you think 'grab hold and stab repeatedly' is close enough to 'ride'. :mhwhappy:

You can't ride dragons in this game, I recommend
Divinity 2: Ego Draconis
Or Divinity 2 Developer's Cut (same game but a bit more)

It's an older title and from what I remember you can ride dragons and even be a Dragon. Has a bit of jank but was one of the games that brought me into RPGs, aside from soulslikes.

There is exactly one enemy you can ride on top of, and I won't tell you since it'll spoil the solution to the dungeon.
