all legendary weapons

If I got all the weapons except the Gransax lightning bolt and now I got an NG and I already have the lightning bolt, why doesn't the achievement give me the achievement?

You need to get all the legendary weapons in a single save file, not all of them across separate saves

The same character has to have all the legendary armaments, if it still won’t pop, try putting them all in your inventory and equipping them 1 by 1

you can store all legendary weapon at storage at the grace , restart game , take all legendary out, and you have the achievement , but i don't know if it work now with the latest patch
