Missing Somber Stones 5 and 6 despite providing the bell bearings

The vendor in Round Table hold doesn't have these 2 somber stones available even though i 100% provided the specific bell bearings. I even went back to check if i picked them up and they weren't there, and they aren't in my inventory. I also tried to re-validate the game files, and it did download 1 file when i did that but it didn't fix this issue. Does anybody else know about this problem and a potential fix ?

That certainly sounds like a new issue, potential fixes include giving yourself the bellbearings via cheat engine, or advancing to the next NG cycle

this is a known bug, like other guy said, you can edit your save file in offline mode (eac disabled) and give yourself the bell bearing or NG+ are the only solutions
