Need help on bleed + frost / bleed + poison in dual twinblades

I plan to do a dual twinblade with playing around on status procs. Now, Im conflicted on which type of status I'll play around. My idea for now is centered around DEX/ARCANE scaling and powerstance to proc more buildups.

Weapon idea is Eleonora's pole blade with a weapon (Godskin peeler) that can be infused/changable AoW (frost/poision).

Problem is I'm conflicted on which status I will use or which is optimal/better.

For frost, I can infuse the Godskin peeler with chilling mist/even make it cold affinity to apply frostbite that inflicts 7% (Boss) or 20% (Mobs) max hp and reset it with Eleonora's pole blade since it has an innate fire. This makes it a frostbite reset with bleed buildup. Problem is, frostbite/cold affinities scale with INT, and I mainly focus on DEX/ARCANE.

For poison, I can infuse the Godskin peeler with poison mist to apply poison that deals a 6.3% max hp + 630 damage over its full duration which is 90 seconds (based on wiki). I can also take advantage of the Kindred of Rot's Exultation talisman (raises attack power by 20% for 20 seconds) and poison affinity also scales in ARCANE which increase the damage.

In summary, frostbite proc will be repeated and reset for max hp damage but one weapon scales with INT and not ARCANE. Meanwhile, poison deal also max hp damage over a certain duration but a bit lower than frostbite proc and cannot be manually reset the poison, can utilize Kindred of Rot's Exultation talisman, and both weapon scales with ARCANE.

My main question is which is better of the two? Repeated reset of frostbite proc but one weapon is INT scaling or the poison build that has lower max hp damage but both weapon scales with ARCANE?

you can also make dex-quality godskin peeler and add frost resin ,chiling mist skill but . no need to be frost infused , chiling mist skil is stong for proc by default ,
