Seamless coop stuck on loading screen

When on a loading screen it will regularly get stuck around the 15% mark and will not progress. The only workaround I have found is to force close the game and restart. Any ideas for things to try?

i just got the same problem, restarted steam but nothing works. I noticed that in the task manager i have a crash window but it doesnt let me see it.

It happened after i died vs a fallingstar beast and my friends killed him, went to a grace and revived me but my game closed suddenly and then i got that problem.

post in the discord not in steam, it is a mod issue proably the creators need to fix something

Heyy did u manage to solve it? i have and u need a mod to debug the files, as they are too corrupted.

U dont need to disable easyAntiCheat as seamless coop already disables it.

This may or may not be a cause. but whenever someone kills something that gives an auto loot (scarabs that drop items for example) while other players are in a loading screen it may cause them to freeze as the game attempts to give them the item while they're still loading.

the stuck loading screan i manage to fix if iu join my friend if im at the same sight of grace. I think it has somthing todo with loading in areas is most common for me.

Same thing happened to me last night. Me and my friend entered the fog gate to fight Rykard and we got invaded, not sure how, both of our games crashed. Their's is thankfully okay (maybe cause they were the host?). Mine is shot... I tried the debug tool and every troubleshoot I could fine, nothing. My theory is the game doesn't know where my character is, or is supposed to be. In my game I was in Siofra River, but the game crash happened in Volcano Manor. That in combination with being invaded and Rycard already being dead in my world, probably confused the f*ck outta the game. C'est la vie... I'll just use the debug tool to level myself up and get my gear back so we can continue. Still though... Sorry you guys lost your characters too... it really sucks... F in the chat for us all.
