You could grab Flame Cleanse Me

Be warned, resting at any site of grace on the lakes, iirc, advances NPCs but iirc (someone correct me if I misremember) you can grab it by sneaking around the side of the castle and not using and site of grace and then once you get to the spell, loot it, warp out back to limgrave/weeping. I forget if this advances Morgott though.
This also isn't an ideal solution because Boluses are superior to this spell since this spell takes quite a bit of time to even cast...
Rather, another alternative is HP regen.
There is an armor set from taht skeleton guy at the Roundtable that gives HP regen from his armor set when he invades you and you kill him.
There are some early regen spells to help mitigate the punishment of poison to some degree like the super early Bestial Vitality (there is a warp to reach that location from Limgrave). Low stat requirement, low FP requirement, good duration, decent HP regen and will heavily negate most of poison or a chunk of rot.

Even better is this super early tear from Weeping Peninsula that grants 3 minutes of 7 HP/s which almost entirely negates poison, bar a few more lethal bursty but shorter duration variants.

You could grab some of the poison options available in Limgrave or take a brief walk over to Caelid running past stuff to grab those weapon options and thus poison the invader evening up things so they're just as harmed as you are.
If you have ally phantoms on your side as host side you guys could use AoE miracles and heal each other rather than using as many crimson flasks. This gets way more mileage and helps all of you being very efficient. You could also kind of the hill warmth stone keeping invader pressed out while your extremely power like 27/s heal or whatever stone completely overpowers the poison. In fact, because the regen is so strong you guys could take turns going out to beat the invader and then go back in and it will out heal the poison while also recouping damage taken from the invader or from the poison over a period of time you weren't under it.
Alternatively, you could use ranged options and keep them from even getting near to poison you.
