Multiplayer at high levels

Will i be able to invade or coop normally if i go into ng+2 and further? As in will it take long to find games and is everyone just using the same meta equipment there? I don't want to create a new character just to fit this level meta i heard about.

I think, it only matter on Arena pvp. Not invasion. I'm really not sure.

it matters for both, a lvl 1 with a +10 weapon would 1 shot another lvl 1, so it balances for that too.

Don't worry about it. Level as much as you want. You will still get multiplayer with a high level character.

If you have 60 vigor and use proper negation talismans, it's not too bad. Golden Vow further improves damage negation, and Opaline Hardtear is great since it lasts for 3 minutes. Boiled Crab is also helpful. If your faith is high enough, you can even use Black Flame Protection if needed. There are plenty of options to be able to tank more damage.

edit: Damage-wise, the caps for stats are 60/80, so you can still specialize effectively. With a good build, enemies will die at a reasonable rate. While you might not be able to use every weapon, but you'll still be able to perform well.

i suppose i'll stop at around 200 and see if the multiplayer is good there. maybe even keep leveling since i suppose the multiplayer is very active after the 306 mark since the diffirence between levels is more than 400 there. thanks for the advice guys.
