Red Bear Bugged??

So I am currently on NG +4 or 5 and the Red Bear boss in the Northern Nameless Mausoleum is just completely Overpowerd, like I deal about 1.2k damage a hit and deal like no damage but in comparrison when i fought the Red Bear in North Ravine he took more damage.
Somebody else has this feeling or am i just insane.
