Any tip for Morgott?
Never thought I would be struggling so much that I feel like I need to ask others but here I am. Currently sitting at 26 tries making him the first real great great wall of the game for me. Any tips for this particular fight?

level up more, learn his moves and dodge timings, learn which moves you can safely attack on and which you cannot, that's basically it.
other things depend on your build

Get all Holy and physical defence you can. Get Morgott's shackle from Patches - it is an item that stuns him in phase 1. Summon Melina. Use status effects, especially poison and rot, preferably from range. He is very agile so half the time he will be spinning around the arena, it is helpful to be able to damage him nevertheless.

True but got damn he has so many moves and sometimes it feels like he adds an additional attack after a combo which really throws me off.

This.
No tip for him. Awful service!

btw. Summon Melina + summon a spirit ash, + use the shackle twice during his first 50% of HP

Tough to give good specific advise when nothing is known about your Stat distribution, Talismans, Weapons and Weapon level, Gear, and general build focus.

1 - never overdo
2 - dont try to punish every opening, as Margit he also punishes that
3 - have patience
4 - try to improve your weapon (you can have a +9 somber weapon by there)
5 - rise your defenses
6 - if anything farm for extra VIG but if you are getting comboed to death it means nothing and #7 may help more
7 - rise END and try to have as much defense as you can while lightrolling, lightroll is far too underrated

It would also be good to know how you are buffing up before the fight. Or NOT buffing up (big mistake) if that is the case.

Well there are 2 ways to overcome Morgott

1.) Learn his attack patterns and choose carefully 3-4 attacks that you want to counter and ignore the rest of them and play passive

2.) Choose heavy armour , buff your character , choose big weapons and damage trade.

Here you can see me do basically 3 different Morgott kills

1. with Radahn Swords

2. Powerstance Weapons with long reach
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4vcp24qKngM

3.) magic vs Morgott

4.) And ofc my Favourite weapon of the base game Serpent HUnter vs Morgott

Well Serpent Hunter definitely is the most glorious weapon for skilled players <3

So depending on how you play you might get good information out of my fights

what is the weapon upgrade? + 14 for smith stone gear, maybe + 6 for somber, would be ideal.

Try to find openings like when he throws his spear, after his combo ( he tends to end with a leap attack or a strong downwards attack) and get him with a jump.

his lowest defense is slashing(10% more dmg taken), and his bleed resistance is quite low.( all his status resistances are low) If you want an edge you could use a weapon that meets these categories.

If you are str, consider charged attacks/ jump attacks to crush his poise. Its 80, that is on the low end. 4 jump r2's or 2 charged attacks + 1 jump.

You can exploit openings better if you are near him and dodging into his side/ back.

Update: After having watched different videos of people fighting morgott, I have decided that I will respec my entire character because I do realise that it sucks ass, not just me who sucks ass. I will focus on vigor, endurance, dex and arcane cause I do realize that I am depending on status effects, especially bleed. So ima do that and upgrade my weapons(feels like ima use the claws for this one) as far as I can. Might switch up armor, currently wearing parts of the radahn stuff since that's currently the strongest stuff I got. I will probably use mimic too even though I am generally against using summons but I realize that this game hasn't really clicked with me yet and I wanna get through the fight. Now I feel like I have an actual change in this fight now that I know what I want to do with my character.

And thanks to all for giving advice on what to do and when to do(and when not to do) :)
