Where is Blaidd?

He is not in Mistwood, Festival, Ranni Tower or River.... I have killed all main bosses tho - where do i find him now?

I think if you didn't complete certain points before burning the Erdtree it breaks a lot of NPC quest, no? You might have missed you chance if you've beaten most bosses like you said cause I assume that would include the fire giant

Did you give fingerslayer blade to Ranni?
Did you make past astel to moonlight altar or the way is locked?

Radahn is dead, astel alive - i cant fight her yet because i need to progress Ranni questline

i think you can still do ranni ending regardless of all bosses defeated, in terms of not finding blaid as of now youll eventually find him later regardless. another thing have you checked ranni rise if hes there.

if you haven't progressed Ranni questline and you burned the Tree, I just assume the quest broke. I know that point in the game will end a lot of quest if not at their proper progression by the time you do.

I just googled it and apparently it doesn't end the questline, but it did remind me of a part of the questline I always forget about. Did you go to the place where Ranni's rise is, but head to Renna's rise? There is a waygate there that leads to a section of the underground. I Forget at which point it opens up, but its worth checking.

I think Iji locked Blaidd in the prison. You can fight Astel at any time. You don't need to progress Ranni quest at all. You can't go past Astel though.

Where do i find Astel?

Astel is past the lake of rot, you gotta make the way down there, and find a coffin that teleports you to entrance to his arena. The way past the astel is locked by the sealed gate and you need a ring that you get by following Ranni questline. Which may force you to backtrack a little bit.

But i need to talk to Blaidd before i get to the ring part in Rannis Questline, right?
