Where is Blaidd?

He is not in Mistwood, Festival, Ranni Tower or River.... I have killed all main bosses tho - where do i find him now?

Astel is past the lake of rot, you gotta make the way down there, and find a coffin that teleports you to entrance to his arena. The way past the astel is locked by the sealed gate and you need a ring that you get by following Ranni questline. Which may force you to backtrack a little bit.

its maybe more easy just to start a new ng+ and then do the quesline before rushing bosses

blaidd is the least important part of ranni's quest, the only two notable items you get from him aside from lore is the fingersnap emote and the carian filagreed crest. You'll get his armour at the end of ranni's questline

Tbh, you never have to talk to Blaidd. You need to talk to miniature Ranni doll at one of the bonfires on a way towards astel, after using the teleporter, you need to talk 3 times so she starts talking. This will trigger fight before the lake of rot with red blaidd-like baleful shadow boss invader. After this you can get the ring from renalla room I think and the ring allows you to progress past Astel.
