Need help Trying to get Ranni's Dark Moon and I can't get the Spirit Tortouise to appear.

talk to the imp statue, there will be one on the side of the cliff next to the rise, one turtle will be in the opposite direction of the enterance from the rise close to the other side of the area, the third will be flying high in the air towards the evergaol where you find the black knife.
you cannot teleport between locations of the area, doing so will despawn the turtles so get on torrent and start riding to each of them.
