[Bug Report] Lusat's Glintstone Staff
Ok did some testing cause I'm running a more caster type build and was trying out Dual-Staff setup for getting the bonuses from 2 different staves. Main staff is Carian Glintstone Staff (as I'm focusing on Carian Slicer), and was using Azur's Glintstone staff for the extra speed (hard to notice but feels like it works). I got to Sellia and picked up Lusat's staff and decided to do some testing with it. I have a neutral spell, Comet, since it's just a charging spell and my main ranged option. I used the troll outside the Secluded Cell site of grace as my test target. Here are the results of my tests:

CGS/AGS: 926 3 second cast speed 29 FP
CGS solo: 926 4 second cast speed 24 FP
CGS/LGS: 926 4 second cast speed 36 FP

So it seems like Lusat's Glintstone staff is increasing the FP cost by 50% as normal but not adding any extra damage at all. Whereas the Azur's Glintstone Staff is adding the 20% FP and the cast speed reduction as normal. Now no these aren't maxed out staves, and the scaling is CGS-235 AGS-219 LGS-228, and I kept CGS in right hand and used spell from it. The damage from LGS solo was only 906. So in my mind with it being the same damage numbers with using a different staff in the main hand but still having the FP increased then it should also still increase the potency as well. So would this not be a bug?

Anyone know where else to report this bug to Fromsoftware so they can look into it?

No, the Lusat staff's "extra sorcery damage" is baked into the abnormally high sorcery scaling of the staff itself. It's not a passive ability like Azur's staff.

It's similar to Rakshasa's Armor: even though it says it increases damage taken, they simply baked that effect into the armor's abnormally low damage negation (for its weight class).

Either Lusat's staff is working as intended, or it is a bug that's been around since launch.
Lusat's Glintstone Staff doesn't give any damage bonus, since it has a higher sorcery scaling bonus (only staffs better are Prince of Death's Staff and Maternal Staff, which have split scaling). Due to the wording, it is definitely a trap when making a build.

This.
The extra damage is only from the high sorcery scaling the staff gets.

At 80 int +10/+25 the LGS has 413 scaling compared to
Carian Regal Scepter - 373
Carian Regal Scepter - 329

Ok so it's an odd wording problem then, kinda wish they didn't put it in as "increases potency" and instead said something like "has higher potential beyond other staves" as it miss-leads players to think there is a buff in it. Thanks for the clarification so I'll know to use it later with CGS or just sticking to CGS/AGS.

On that note does the Azur's Glintstone Staff cast speed reduction stack with Radagon Icon?
