I never understood why items like the sacrificial ring exist when you can just use a homeward bone.
Particularly since you can t access the map while in-fight or have enough time to ALT-4 if u incur in some sudden accident that you couldn t possibly foresee and/or prevent....
Punishment for failure to stay alive is basically standard practice at From s....
At least here is not half as bad as it was in earlier games, DS2 being arguably the most punishing...

Feels good to tell someone to go and farm rats.....Unironically and actually being a decent advice.
The "beauty" of the spot i show you in the video is that you can kill all the rats and reset in 10 seconds or so. It sucks even with max discovery......But as Burns said there is no other option to get the arcs offline.
I wish they were more common in Shadow of the Erdtree....Oh and the reason i have 500 arcs other than doing a lot of Sunbroing? Multiple NG+ killing the Bloated Ants in Deeproot Dephts.
I can t remember the build specifics but it may have had low arcane...
