It's the same as Dark Souls 3, they got a few flags that will trigger and get you banned, and that's it. People have more or less deduced what they are at this point. All I did was avoid doing the same sorts of stuff that would get you flagged in DS3. It's possible to literally get away with the video game rules breaking equivalent of mass murder with WMDs, because they're not looking for it. The anticheat they got is literally a joke.

Exploiting glitches is technically against the TOS too, and not one of the speed runners who literally do nothing but put up videos of speed runs exploiting glitches ever get banned, because there are no humans involved at all in this process, it's all done by an automated system via flags.
