Im guessing its that homing lightning attack. You just need to get the timing right for when to dodge. When he raises his weapon up into the sky, wait for about 2 seconds then roll at the last moment. There is a brief window where you will have iframes.

I try to put it there, turns out the summoning pool disappears after so its not there for me, no wonder I was not finding it lol
