Multilayered Ring of Light
Should be boosted by golden order seal like all the other ring/discus of light skills.

Right. And devs will definitely look up your post in steam community and adjust accordingly. Make a post in reddit instead at least there is an up-voting option.

"This light-ring incantation was cultivated by a tradition separate from Golden Order fundamentalism."

It'd not the same as the others, and it doesn't make sense for it to be boosted by the GOS.

With a 40/40 golden order seal it's still top 3 incantions to use from a dmg perspective. So just keep on keeping on.
