Confused about DLC final boss (spoilers)

Am I missing something? Like alternate endings I somehow missed multiple times?
Finished the final boss & in disbelief I didnt even think it was the end. Whole dlc for Miquella & all we get is a reused boss with Miquella riding him like the final boss fight in darksouls 3.. with the dlc being literally about Miquella & him trying to turn into a god & shedding his body for a different path i was expecting a glorious/sad battle against him not a boss i already beat... & the end cutscene? Just as bland. Imo the base game when you fight Radahn for the first time its amazing the boss room, hes abilities, then second faze, it was all much more satisfying/grand & he wasnt even close to being the end. I got more satisfaction out of getting the handmaids ladle in darksouls 2 than I did with this boss fight/ending. Was expecting glorious mysterious, godlike Miquella not Radahn 2.0...
Did I mess something up/miss something? Didnt want spoilers but I dont think i missed anything.

Definitely right/agree about the fromsoft "endings". Maybe got to excited about the miquella advertising, just felt kind of incomplete. Thought I was missing something.

That's my one dissapointment from the DLC. We get no new info on Torrent.

Nah I agree after beating Radahn Consort of Miquella yesterday I was a little underwhelmed by the final cutscene still loved the DLC though

no, OP, that's it. This is easily the worst finale to a DLC fromsoft have put out. Ever.

It's awful, I've beaten that boss once and I genuinely can't see why I'd ever complete it again, except for maybe arcane characters as the NPC drops are better f***ing rewards than the remembrance.
