Hit the NPC at the beginning of the game
How to resume the warra quest line? I didn't kill him, so let's say, I hit him for words without knowing the essence of such games, I came to the temple where sins are released, but I have no sins, I got the Heavenly Dew thinking it would help, I was looking for him for anything in the location of the temple of roses, also not, please help someone!!!! 😭

Miriel can make NPCs to forgive you and thats all. Check his first position, lets see if he left you a message there.

Later on you will obtain an item called "Celestial Dew" that you can use at the "Church of Vows" to repair any relationship with NPC's you may have upset.

Note: This does NOT revive NPC's that you have killed.

Edit: I have reading comprehension issues apparently, or it's sleep deprivation. To answer your question, he may have simply moved on to a different location if you progressed your quest with him enough. Did he become hostile after you hit him?

Yes, I stupidly hit him at the very beginning of the game, I don't even know where he can be.

He's not in the first location, and there's no mention of him either

Go to the Rose Church in Liurnia. If he is not there forget about him, gone for good.

Chances are he's moved on to his second location north of Stormveil Castle in Liurnia of the Lakes. Since you didn't have any "sins" to atone for, he probably is still there, waiting for you to come over and continue his quest line. I've provided a link to his location provided you've explored that far already.
