I looted Scattershot Throw (Ash of War) but I don't have it.

I killed a treasure bug and I got the prompt that I looted the "Scattershot Throw" AoW. I pressed "OK" and immediately checked my inventory to see what it does. It was not there. Neither in the "Recent Items" tab, nor in the "Ashes of War" one. I reloaded the area, restarted the game, I even visited Hewg to see which Ashes I could choose from for my Smithscript Dagger, it was surely not there. The bug is not there either. I just don't have it. I don't remember anything similar happening to me in any FromSoft game. Anyone had this happen?
