Bug. Ghostflame Call not working?

Ash of war: Ghostflame Call says "Backhand blades accepted."
Tried to put it on backhand blades and it doesn't work.
Any feedback?

You read it wrong. It says "excepted" which means it can't be used on backhand blades.
