I'm buying the game soon and I'd like to know how many gb does it take because I'm pretty sure it's more than steam says

sry about all the misinformation OP, its actually 69 gb, sourced straight from the steam app

It seems there's save-data or something else causing fluctuations in the size of the install folder

But it seems that keeping 80Gb reserved for Elden Ring is a safe bet, but remember to keep 10%-20% of your disc free for operation

Just checked, yeah, it's save data. My current save is about 2.5 Gb's and i'd imagine if you're not using cloud storage it'd be more as you'd have multiple saves at once downloaded on your computer.

Base game is around 51gigs with DLC i'm not sure. Says around 60 for DLC, which i'm not sure is the amount after the DLC. Or added on to the 51gigs.
