Do you have any other input devices connected? Steering wheel, joystick, etc. These kinds of problem are often caused by those.

The joystick is connected via bluetooth, the mouse and keyboard are also connected to the computer, when I play with the mouse everything is fine

I've been playing for about two weeks, the problem with the camera started after the last update, I checked the integrity of the game files, one file did not pass the test and was downloaded again

i think they are meaning the auto-recentering that the game has. look down a little, and it will automatically readjust to being back in the middle where it was.

hmm... I had this happen with a Xbox controller, but switching to a PS5 controller it stopped...
Now I need to test the Xbox controller with other games... just to be sure it's not just drift...

Anyway, I tested the xbox controller in another game, it's broken... so in my case, it has nothing to do with ER...
