Still cannot get Okina to respawn
Been trying every solution however, I still cannot get Okina to respawn. For context, I have been playing and going for ROB, and I got killed by Okina once. Every time I come back or try to get him to spawn again, he refuses to. Need help, please.

Yes, and i keep going back and even spawning at different sites of grace and he still won't respawn when i come back
