I lost a weapon

I returned to Elden ring when the DLC dropped and i just realized that i dont have the winged scythe which was the weapon i used on my first playthourgh which isnt over because i never went to NG+. So what happened to my weapon? I know i didnt drop it because Fromsoftware menus have a skill gap

Its not, i have checked and only have consumables. I carry all my weapons with me

Try storing some of your inventory weapons and see if it shows up in inventory. The game does have inventory limits and it may have been 'archived' until there is room to show it.

I have lots of weapons and stuff from the DLC and still can see my inventory but i will give a try to your advice. Thanks!!!!!
