Low fps on a good PC
For some reason i cant have more than 30-40 fps in game. I have AMD Radeon 5700 RX. Other games like Ghost of Tsushima goes in perfect 60 fps. Elden ring just dont wanna to. Anyone got the solution?

Link CPU/RAM i assume it's dated based on card and is most likely the root cause of your issues.
16 gb Ram and CPU is Intel Xeon E5-2650 v3 2.30 GHz

This explain you problem, this CPU is a low end ddr4 CPU, ddr4 with 1600/1800/ max 2133 mhz can not provide enough bandwidth for this game.

Maybe if you upgrade to 4 modules 2133 MHz you could squeeze out some more FPS since this CPU has 4 RAM channels.

What settings are you using? Try the Medium overall setting and adjust from there.
5700 RX is not that good anymore. Not bad, but adjust your expectations I guess.
Delete your shaders and verify game files.

Force vsync via amd adrenaline, use rtss 60 fps cap.

google rtss and download from a page guru3 or something, should be the official link.

Look for: Panjno Eldenring on youtube, he explains it

what cpu and memory ( incl. speed ') do you have?

Since the FPS with this game depends on the CPU and RAM it would be nice to know what CPU you use and what RAM specs you have (how many modules, capacity, frequency).
The author of this thread has indicated that this post answers the original topic.

As others have said. Elden Ring is very CPU and RAM heavy. In addition, the general performance is not the best. You don't even have a constant 60 FPS on the PS5.

It's extremely poorly optimized game. Bad performance is not something unusual for Elden Ring, especially after 1.12.

Your CPU is not really well suited for new games incl. Elden Ring.

That and the old GPU - not really optimal.
