Post depression after finishing the DLC

I just came here to ease some of my sadness and hunger with a random post.

As always when I finish one of FromSoft's souls, I have this feeling of emptiness that remains for a while. I look at my Steam library and the store's offerings, nothing tempts me, nothing has any flavor. It's even more with the end of this DLC that I was impatiently waiting for and which left me a little hungry. I loved the DLC. Despite some questionable points. It is not for everyone, like a lot of the FromSoft production. But I loved exploring it and his map. Digging for the smallest clues and crumbs of lore.

And yet, I still want more. Maybe it's because this is probably the end of the Elden Ring license in terms of gaming experience, but the symptoms are even worse. I can't keep my mind off things. (If I'm a FromeSoft fanboy, I fell even more in love with the world of Elden Ring.) I want to stay immersed in it. So I addict myself to lore videos and I weave my own theories trying to appease my hunger.

But damn, I want more, Miyazaki.

That was I usualy do, but I like a little parsimony. It's a sort of annual ritual, which I like to consume with a certain moderation.

Dont be sad. Be happy that you were able to have this experience. As for the future of Elden Ring, there is still hope. Miyazaki hasn't ruled out a sequel and GRRM has already hinted that there will likely be a TV show.

I'm playing Nioh 2 right now and it's combat is much better imo, the ER dlc only made me appreciate it more lol

For a very long time I thought I had a choice in burning the tree. As well, too many characters with similar names lost me very early in the story.

I would just take a break from gaming and explore reality a bit, you don't sound healthy and I don't mean that in a condescending way. I'm totally serious.
