[FIXED]Consistent Anti-Cheat error 30007 - Please help I've already tried everything
Hello there.

I've been facing a major issue with the game. Ever since I downloaded the DLC I can't run the game. The game starts up just fine through steam but before it can properly launch Easy Anti Cheat breaks me with the error 30007, saying it cannot run the game if Driver Signature Enforcement has been disabled.

The thing is... it's not. It pretty much is enabled and I've verified it in EVERY SINGLE WAY I found out there on the internet. Nothing works. I'll provide a list of all troubleshooting tests I've tried:

Reinstalled the game (more than 10 times already). None of the times showed any single difference.
Reinstalled Steam. No difference either.
Reinstalled Easy Anti-Cheat. It was a major headache because the anticheat itself was bugged. Installing other games that use it fixed it for me, but the major problem persisted. Still getting the same error.
Unninstalled drivers for mouse, keyboard and headset. No difference.
Cmd commands with the lines: bcdedit -set TESTSINGNING OFF and bcdedit -set NOINTEGRITYCHECKS OFF Nothing happened.
Troubleshoot restart trying to select the option "Enable Driver Signature Enforcement". It was never disabled in the first place and I can't disable it at all.
The worse of all: I've formatted my windows, downloading Elden Ring on a freshly installed windows 11. It still shows the error.
I've already lost two weeks trying to solve this, nobody seems to know what could be wrong. I can play it offline but man, I paid for everything - including multiplayer. I've got friends I'd like to play with and I'm constantly being reminded that I don't have the right. I can't play multiplayer or through Steam whatsoever. I've never used cheats in my whole life as a gamer, never tried mods in from software games and have literally lost hours of my life trying to solve something that isn't even my fault in the first place.
I've contacted Bandai Namco but they didn't help.
I tried contacting Easy but they don't offer support.
I've contacted Epic Games (because Fortnite apparently is showing the same error) and they don't know a solution either.

For disclosure, if that makes any difference... I can launch the game through Steam in safe mode but evidently it's unplayable, so it has something to do with third parties... but there was none installed in my fresh start. What on Earth can I possibly do about this? I'd really appreciate if someone could actually help me because this is one of my favorite games of all and truthfully I paid for this. The bare minimum is that I'm actually allowed to have the full experience.

Enabled it and still nothing.
Coming back here to announce that, thanks to dark-breed, I've finally fixed the problem.

Turns out that my windows had a corrupted game file but in a particular way: several months ago windows force upgraded my computer from windows 10 to windows 11, but a couple of files were kept in windows 10 format. Downloading the dlc probably triggered something wrong in those files and Easy interpreted this as some kind of violation, informing only the 30007 code because it didn't have enough data to convey the right information.

The solution was a fresh-format of windows, deleting EVERYTHING without exception, preferrably through a flash usb. If any of you have this error, try opening Win + R and typing eventvwr. On the left side of the window that pops up, click in windows logs and there click in applications. There should be a long log of events with errors. Search with someone who might understand those better than you and find out if this is the problem!

I'm still considerably frustrated since neither Bandai Namco nor Epic Games (the enterprise responsible for developing Easy Anti-Cheat). They didn't offer the bare minimum in assistance and only asked me to try what I have already tried - and listed - dozens of times before. After trying those, they merely said they couldn't assist me further and f**k my problem.

Anyways, I'm rooting for all of you who have the same problem and I truly hope this post helps someone. Even if it's, sadly, formatting everything.
