What? Where ? How to I get there?

I'm in the Temple town Ruins. If you climb up to where the chest is and look upto the north. You will see a kind of church building craved out of the huge stone pilar. Whats that? How Can I access it?

"For anyone wondering how to get up to the temple in the cliff to the north, start at the temple town ruins site of grace. Go north east to the cliff and hug it going around to the north until you see a spirit spring. Face south as you jump in the spirit spring and you will see a broken square ruin room you can land in. This will have a chest with a beast horn. Climb up the broken wall and follow it around to grab a smithing stone 7. From that point if you face SE you should see a little area you can hop across to on torrent. Once you land just follow the path up to the building"
