mysterious fly helm

I've only seen it on one person, in co-op - but there exists a fly like head, with lots of eyes on it, that is wearable.

but its not on the wiki, it doesn't appear to be from 'parry-me' madness forest winter lanterns...

...and its not on the wiki, kupo.

does anyone know where it comes from or what it does?

no! not scarabs like beetles, not the lamernters mask, nor the black dumpling

honestly - its grey and yellowy eyed, and atop it are several eyeballs.

its like a winter lantern one, but doesn't pulse like they do.

it looks like a fly head. not the wrapped flies we have, as if a fly's head.

I'm not teling fibs, kupo. I've seen it in a video too on youtube, though I'd need to dig it from history.

you might think - but it has protusions for the tentacles. this was very definately insectoid.
