BUG - Rain of Fire & Salza's Hood didn't drop.

After killing the specific fire knight after the bridge, he didn't drop the rain of fire or the hood, that are supposed to be guaranteed drops. The knight also doesn't respawn so I assume it's just gg.
Also happened with Gaius's Greaves, they don't drop from the wolf or the rider, tried killing 20+ times with high discovery.
Any of these items are not in my inventory or the chest.

Same thing happened to me and it's driving me crazy, tried some manually backed up save and it still happens each and every time, no idea what is causing this.

Happened to me too just now. Killed him but got nothing.

For Gaius greaves you need to go under the arch at the other end of the arena you fight him in.

You'll find a mounted enemy to the left and downing them will net you the greaves (only done it the first time so I can't remember if it was more than that).
